Tomorrow, Sunday, Belmahdi will visit the “Allegiance” Mosque in the center of the city of Mascara, which witnessed the second pledge of allegiance to the founder of the modern Algerian state (February 4, 1833), and inspect the project to complete the Qutb Mosque in the same city, concluding the visit by supervising the conclusion of the forum’s work.
