Through this cooperation, according to Badari, the two countries seek to achieve twinning between the universities of the two countries by “preparing joint training programs and granting Algerian-Zambian dual degrees.”

Moreover, the terms of the agreement also included transfer Experience Algerian research in the field of scientific research based on “innovation, contribution to national economic development and wealth creation,” highlighting Algeria’s role in accompanying, especially the countries of the African continent, to achieve prosperity and wealth.

In turn, Zambian Education Minister Douglas Munsaka Syakalema praised Algeria’s efforts to develop Higher Education And scientific research, noting that the agreement “will enable his country to learn about and benefit from the successful Algerian experience in this field.”
