Ramtane Lamamra, Minister of Foreign Affairs and the National Community Abroad, sent a telegram of condolences on the death of the fighter and former ambassador, Othman Saadi.
A statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said: “With great emotion and sorrow, Mr. Ramtane Lamamra, Minister of Foreign Affairs and the National Community Abroad, received the news of the transfer of the late, God willing, the fighter and former ambassador, Othman Saadi, to his Lord’s side.

In the aftermath of this great loss, the Minister, in his own name and on behalf of all the executives and employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the national community abroad, presents his sincere condolences and sincere feelings of sympathy to all members of the family of the deceased in this painful circumstance, praying to God Almighty to bless his pure soul with his wide mercy and grant him peace.
