The National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data will meet tomorrow, Wednesday, with representatives of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security, within the framework of “continuing the series of round tables that it organizes,” according to what was reported on Tuesday in a statement by this authority.
The same source explained that the meeting falls within the framework of “accompanying those responsible for processing to conform their processing with the provisions of Law 18-07 relating to the protection of natural persons in the field of processing data of a personal nature.”
The meeting also aims to “protect the basic rights of male and female citizens, and includes in the first stage public bodies to be followed later by private bodies, with the aim of accelerating the process of creating declarations and licensing applications through the digital portal designated for that purpose.”
