Rabeka offers condolences on the death of the Mujahid Haj Issa Muqran – Al-Hiwar Algerian newspaper

The Mujahid member of the National Liberation Army, Haj Issa Muqran, passed away to God’s mercy today, Saturday.
The Minister of Mujahideen and Rights Defenders, Eid Rabaika, offered his condolences on the death of the Mujahid member of the National Liberation Army, Hajj Issa Muqrane.
