The Anti-Counterfeiting and Use of Counterfeit Law…a continuation of embodying the presidential commitment to morals in life – Algerian Dialogue

The preliminary draft law on combating counterfeiting and the use of counterfeits, which was initiated in implementation of the instructions of the President of the Republic, also aims to “address such crimes in their various forms, especially the forgery of official, public and commercial documents, impersonation of the identity of others, and unlawfully obtaining privileges, aid or subsidies.” public, as well as benefiting from financial or tax exemptions and other benefits,” according to the same statement.
