Today, Thursday, during its weekly meeting chaired by the Prime Minister, Mr. Ayman bin Abdel Rahman, the government studied a presentation on a draft executive decree that allows for the simplification and easing of administrative procedures for the benefit of construction institutions in the housing sector, according to a statement from the Prime Minister’s interests.
The statement stated: “The Minister of Housing, Urbanism, and the City presented a draft executive decree amending and supplementing Executive Decree No. 14-139 of April 20, 2014, which requires institutions, groups of institutions, and groupings of institutions that work within the framework of completing public transactions for some sectors of activities to have a qualification and classification certificate.” “Professionals.”
The same source added that this draft decree specifically stipulates the inclusion of digitizing procedures for processing and submitting application files for obtaining a professional qualification and classification certificate.
It also stipulates simplifying and easing administrative procedures, reducing deadlines, reviewing the evaluation system and ensuring its consistency, as well as the need for institutions to adhere to the quality system to improve their performance, the statement says.
