And he continued: “We have given orders regarding field monitoring, and God willing, soon we will be granted these credits. And in the month of March, we will know the entry of cars” into the national market.

And Article 5 of the Executive Decree specifying the conditions and modalities for practicing the activity of new vehicle agents states that “the subscribed investor is subject to obtaining a prior license that allows him to carry out the procedures for completing his investments, and the prior license is not considered a license for the actual practice of the activity.” While Article 7 determines the validity period of this 12 months advance license.

And state committees will inspect the establishments and monitor their compliance with the book of conditions before granting the final approval to the investor.
