A total pardon of punishment for non-detained persons who have been permanently sentenced and whose sentence is less than or equal to 24 months.
A total pardon for imprisoned persons whose sentence is less than or equal to 18 months
Prisoners who have received final sentences and whose remaining sentence is more than 18 months and equal to or less than 30 years will benefit from a partial reduction of the sentence for a period of 18 months.
The period of total and partial reduction of the sentence will be increased to 24 months for permanently sentenced detainees whose age is 65 years or more, juveniles, pregnant women, and mothers of children no more than 3 years old.
The President of the Republic also decided to establish exceptions to the amnesty for the categories mentioned in Presidential decree.
He also decided to benefit 14 detainees from a total amnesty procedure for the remainder of the final sentence imposed on them for crimes related to…Public order.
In addition to eight detainees pending investigation and trial procedures, with calming measures also related toCrimes Public order.
