Head minister National Education, Professor Abdel Hakim Belabed, on the evening of Saturday, May 11, a national symposium from the Ministry’s headquarters in Mouradia, via video lecture technology, especially regarding the BAK and BAYAM certificates.

Its work was attended by representatives from the central administration, the Secretary-General of the National Office for Examinations and Competitions, and education directors. It revolved around following up on the stages of implementing processes related to school exams and third-semester exams for various educational levels.

The Minister indicated that the digitization of the process and the exploitation of the civil status registry through interconnection of databases in cooperation with the interests of the Ministry of the Interior, local authorities and urban planning, has made it easier for parents to register their children, which is proven by the very advanced percentage achieved while waiting for the remaining number to be registered within the specified deadlines. The Minister stressed the necessity of daily monitoring of the readiness of the procedure centers and the working hours of the various follow-up committees set up locally.

The Minister also stressed that all measures will be taken in coordination with local authorities to pay the 5,000 DZD private school scholarship to those entitled to it before July 31, 2024.
