The ratification of the Basic Law expresses President Tebboune’s appreciation for the educator – New Algeria

In an exclusive interview with Algerian public television, he expressed: Minister of EducationOn behalf of the educational family, I express my deep gratitude to the President of the Republic for the appreciation he gave to it through the Cabinet’s approval of the Basic Law andCompensatory system.
The minister said that this historic gain “expresses the level of appreciation he holds.” president For the educator and his noble role in raising generations and consolidating the components of Algerian society and its connection to its glorious history.”
In the context of his speech, he explained that this law guarantees the right to benefit from retirement on an “optional” basis 5 years before the legal retirement age because “the professor’s profession is a tiring profession.”
In the same vein, Mr. Saadawi emphasized that the Basic Law “values the certificates acquired during employment as well as during integration, as well as during subsequent service and promotion.
He also pointed out that the Basic Law values the professional experience possessed by members of the educational family in the new ranks, and also stimulates the improvement of capabilities through training, experience, and obtaining certificates.
On the other hand, the first official in charge of the sector revealed that the basic law “created new ranks for the corps of education employees, the corps of education employees, the corps of school and vocational guidance and counseling employees, the corps of laboratory staff, the corps of school nutrition employees, the corps of economic department employees, the corps of employees of the management of educational institutions, and the corps of inspection employees.”
The same legal text also guarantees “the regularization of the status of educational supervision employees by establishing new ranks to classify them and determine the tasks assigned to them, and this applies to educational support employees.”
Among the new ranks is also the rank of “distinguished” professor, as a tribute to professors who make additional efforts and obtain certificates.
