Today, Tuesday, in Algiers, Prime Minister Ayman Ben Abderrahmane and Tunisian Prime Minister Ahmed El Hachani supervised the opening of the Algerian-Tunisian Economic Forum.
By the way, the Prime Minister stressed the importance of concerted efforts to open new horizons for fruitful cooperation between the two countries and strengthen relations, in addition to developing trade exchange and partnership, especially with African countries: “We look forward to increasing joint investment between the two countries and heading towards exporting to Africa.” He also explained that this “inevitably passes through better exploitation of partnership opportunities with brotherly and friendly countries.”
The Prime Minister added that this precise development plan aims to increase the pace of implementing projects that create wealth and job opportunities and achieve the highest levels of social prosperity. It is also based on developing training patterns through cooperation and partnership projects and the transfer of technology and knowledge.
For his part, the Tunisian Prime Minister reiterated Tunisia’s keenness on the need to improve bilateral relations between the two countries and aspire to establish a comprehensive and sustainable strategic partnership, by introducing a new dynamic to cooperation between the two countries and developing practical visions that can be achieved within the framework of the desired partnership.
He also stressed the importance of the meetings of the 22nd session of the Joint Grand Committee as an additional building block in bilateral relations between the two countries and the hope that its outcomes will contribute to overcoming the difficulties that hinder the process of bilateral cooperation in various fields.
