The Prime Minister announces the launch of an electronic application to own “Adal” housing next November – Al-Hiwar Algeria


Prime Minister, Ayman Ben Abdel Rahman, announced today, Thursday in Algiers, the launch of the electronic application to facilitate the process of ownership of housing units in the rent-sale format (edit) for their owners, starting next November 1.
This came during Bin Abdul Rahman’s visit to an exhibition for the housing sector, which was organized on the sidelines of the extraordinary general assembly of the Housing and Regional Shelter Company in Africa (Shelter-Africa), where the Justice Agency gave a presentation on this application, which aims to digitize and facilitate the process of ownership of housing for sale and rent ( Edit) to their owners.
In this regard, the Prime Minister stressed the necessity of launching this application on November 1, on the occasion of Algeria’s celebration of the 69th anniversary of the outbreak of the glorious liberation revolution.
During the presentation made by the Director General of the “Adl” Agency, Faisal Zitouni, it was noted that by the end of 2023, 92 percent of the total subscribers registered in the “Adl 2” program for the year 2013, who number 563,609 subscribers, will be housed.
The agency official added that 98 percent of the allocation certificates from the 2013 justice program had been issued, noting that the implementation of 16,857 housing units destined for subscribers whose appeals had been accepted had begun.
During his passage through the pavilion of the National Foundation for Real Estate Promotion, it was announced that two huge projects in the form of free residential development will be launched before the end of the current year in Algiers and Oran, where the buildings will consist of 25 to 30 floors.
On the other hand, the Prime Minister, during his visit to the pavilion of the National Insurance Company, called for more promotion of real estate insurance, especially housing, as the insurance value for the year ranges between 3,000 and 5,000 DZD only, which is an opportunity that must be seized by housing owners and to benefit from compensation in the event of Theft, fires and natural disasters.
The Prime Minister also emphasized the role of studies offices and laboratories specialized in the field of construction, calling on them to export these services to African and other countries.
Mr. Ben Abdelrahmane was accompanied by the Minister of Housing, Urbanism and the City, Mohamed Tarek Belaribi, the Minister of Finance, Laziz Fayed, the Minister of Trade and Export Promotion, Tayeb Zitouni, the Minister of Public Works and Infrastructure, Lakhdar Rakhroukh, in addition to the Chairman of the General Assembly of Shelter Africa, Ahmed. Musa Dangiwa, and its Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chi Akborji.
