The Minister confirmed in a press statement at the headquarters of the state of Khenchela, as part of his practical and inspection visit to this state, that most of the projects that were registered within the supplementary development program for the state of Khenchela have finished and have been put into service, while the rest of the projects are nearing their end, which will contribute, according to him, to creating an economic take-off. In this state.
Mr. Murad reported that the construction project of the Khenchela-Ain El Bayda railway line in Oum El Bouaghi, for which a financial envelope of 51 billion dinars was allocated, has been completed in anticipation of it being put into service soon.
The Minister indicated that this is his second visit to the state of Khenchela within a year, which allowed him to see the extent to which the instructions he had given last summer were implemented, as the delay recorded in the completion of some projects was corrected, while the pace of completion of others was accelerated, allowing them to be put into service.
The Minister added that he had given instructions to expedite the completion of the work on the dual-road projects that were registered within the same program and put into service, while modernizing the various state and municipal roads to contribute to breaking the isolation and allowing citizens to move to and from Khenchela comfortably, in addition to attracting investors to this state, which It was earlier suffering from lack of development.
The Minister appreciated the achievements achieved by the Kosidar Agriculture Foundation in the Namamsha Desert in the far south of the state, which, according to him, allow for a real breakthrough for the state in the field of agriculture and achieving food security in the Division of Strategic Agriculture and Aquaculture integrated with Agriculture.
The Minister pointed out that the President of the Republic, who is closely following the extent of the implementation of this development program, had approved a complementary program for the benefit of the state of Khenchela and some states that were suffering from a lack of development, with the aim of eliminating the vast disparities with the rest of the states and improving the living conditions of the population there and meeting their various needs.
Mr. Murad will conclude the working visit that led him to the state of Khenchela with a meeting with civil society activists at the state headquarters, where he will listen to the concerns of the state’s citizens in various aspects of life.
