The President of the Republic conducts a wide movement in the corps of governors and delegated governors – Al-Hiwar Al-Jazairia

Today, Wednesday, Safar 21, 1445 AH, corresponding to September 06, 2023, the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, conducted a wide movement in the corps of governors and delegated governors, which included:

First: Ending the duties of 11 governors and 02 delegated governors:

A- Governors:

1- Mawlaty Atallah, in his capacity as Wali of the Wilayat of Chlef.

2- Nafla Samir, in his capacity as governor of the state of Oum El-Bouaghi

3- Dramchi Mohamed Amine, in his capacity as governor of the province of Setif

4- Primi Gamal El-Din, in his capacity as governor of the state of Annaba

5 Issa Boulahia in his capacity as governor of Mostaganem Province

6- Rawabih Omar in his capacity as governor of the state of Mascara.

7- Yahyaten Yahya, in his capacity as governor of the state of Boumerdes

8- Harfush bin Arar, in his capacity as governor of El Tarf

9- Mukhbi Muhammad in his capacity as governor of the Wilaya of Tindouf.

10- Shanouf helped in his capacity as governor of the state of Bani Abbas

11- Seven Nasser in his capacity as governor of the state of Toqart.

B- Delegated governors:

1- Baqrish Yusuf in his capacity as Wali Delegate to Hussein Dey

2- Delphi Al-Yazid in his capacity as Wali Delegate of Casablanca

Second: The transfer of nine 09 governors and five 05 delegated governors:

A- Governors:

1- Marmori Amomen from the wilaya of Tlemcen to Saida.

2 Boudouh Ahmed, from the province of Saida in Mostaganem.

3- Jalawi Abdelkader from the state of M’sila to Annaba.

4 Muhammadi Farid, from the state of El-Beid to Mascara.

5- Nahila Laraj, from the state of Tissemsilt to Al-Mughayyir.

6 Bishlawi Youssef, from the province of Timimoun to Tlemcen.

7- Othman Abdel Aziz, from the state of Bordj Badji Mokhtar to Touggourt.

8- Ghumird Ibrahim from the state of In Saleh to Chlef

9 Aissat Issa, from the province of Al-Mughayyir to Umm Al-Bawaqi.

B- Delegated governors:

1- Belhawan, a song from Bir Touta to Dararia.

2 Bartima Abd al-Wahhab, from Dararia to Baraki.

3 Paulsan Marawan, from Rouiba to Bir Touta.

4 Ben Shawlia Mohamed Amin, from Baraki to Sidi Mhamed.

5 Zenay Abdel-Wahhab, From Al-Dabdab to Al-Harash.

Third: The appointment of twelve 12 new governors, and seven 07 new delegated governors:

A- Governors:

1- Oshan Ibrahim, Wali of Blida.

2- Mostafa Limani, governor of Setif Province.

3 Tayyar Najm al-Din, governor of M’sila.

4- Belaribi Noureddine, governor of El-Beidh.

5- Naama Fawzia, governor of the wilaya of Boumerdes.

6- Meziane Mohamed, governor of El-Taref.

7- Dahou Mustafa, Wali of the Wilaya of Tindouf.

8 Bouzaid Fathi, governor of Tissemsilt.

9- Souna bin Omar, governor of the state of Timimoun.

10- Dahimi Abd al-Rahman, governor of the state of Bordj Badji Mukhtar.

11- Hashas Jamal al-Din, governor of the state of Bani Abbas.

12 Benjima Abdelkader, governor of the state of In Saleh.

B- Delegated governors:

1- Nassib Najia, Wali delegate to Hussein Dey.

2- Protects Djilali, and automatically deputizes Rouiba.

3 Ben Youssef Ahmed, appointed governor of Bab El Oued.

4- Kick Noureddine, Wali, delegated to Casablanca.

5- Batiou Abdel Karim, appointed governor of Bouzareah.

6- Rahmani Abd al-Rahman, appointed governor of Well Murad Rais

7 Osmani Nasr al-Din, Wali deputizing for tanks.

This movement allowed the promotion of 15 executives from the corps of general secretaries of states, delegated governors, heads of departments and state directors to fill the positions of governors and delegated governors.
