The outcome of the intervention of the civil protection units (during the last 24 hours) – Al-Hiwar Algeria

During the last 24 hours, the civil protection interests carried out 2784 interventions in different regions of the country, and this was after receiving distress calls from citizens. These interventions included various fields of civil protection activities, whether related to traffic accidents, domestic accidents, health evacuation, firefighting and security services.

And according to the statement of the same interests, the civil protection units have: 275 Intervention following several incidents recorded across several states. These incidents left, 05 people died and 235 others were injured, of varying severity. The victims were treated on the spot and transferred to hospital services.

The civil protection interests of the state of Oran also intervened in order to transfer two dead people as a result of inhaling carbon monoxide gas emitted from the water heater inside the residence located in the place called Dar Al-Bayda, the municipality and district of Oran. The victims were transferred to the local hospital by our ambulances.

In the same context, the civil protection intervened at the level of the state of Tindouf in order to put out the fuel tank fire (mazut), no human casualties were recorded. Our first aid intervention enabled the fire to be controlled and prevented from spreading to other nearby places.
