The office of the council is studying proposed amendments to the texts of the profession of judicial record and the protection of state lands – the Algerian dialogue

Today, Thursday, Ibrahim Bogali, President of the National People’s Assembly, chaired a meeting of the Bureau of the National People’s Assembly.

The office initiated the work of this meeting by studying the proposed amendments to the draft law amending and supplementing Rum Law 06-03, which includes regulating the profession of judicial bailiffs, as well as the draft law related to the protection and preservation of state lands, and then referred those that met the required conditions to the Legal and Administrative Affairs and Freedoms Committee for study with representatives of its owners. .

Subsequently, the office studied two law proposals, the first amending and completing Law No. 22-02 of Ramadan 24, 1443 corresponding to April 25, 2022, which defines the organization, formation, functioning and tasks of the Algerian Academy of Sciences and Technologies, and the second is an organic law amending and supplementing Organic Law No. 15-18 of 22 Dhu al-Hijjah 1439 corresponding to September 2, 2018, related to financial laws.

After that, the office considered the oral and written questions deposited with it, provided that those that met the legal requirements are sent to the government.

In conclusion, the office set the work schedule during the coming period, as it decided to hold two plenary sessions on Sunday and Monday, June 18 and 19, 2023, and they will be devoted to presenting and discussing a draft law related to forests and forest wealth, which will be presented for voting in a plenary session to be held on Saturday, June 24, 2023.

The Council will resume its work on Sunday and Monday, June 25 and 26, 2023, with sessions devoted to presenting and discussing the two draft laws on criminal procedures, as well as the draft law amending and complementing Law No. 66-156 containing the Penal Code, which will be presented for voting on Saturday, July 8, 2023.

According to the same timetable, the Council will hold two plenary sessions on Sunday and Monday, July 2 and 3, 2023. The first will be devoted to presenting and discussing a draft law that defines the conditions and modalities for granting economic real estate belonging to the state’s private property and directed to the completion of investment projects, while the second is devoted to presenting and discussing a draft law that defines the general rules related to In public deals, provided that these two texts are voted on in a plenary session to be held on Monday, July 10, 2023.
