The Muslim World League condemns the Zionist occupation’s decision to expand settlement in the occupied Golan

The same association stressed, in a statement, the need to respect Syria’s sovereignty, territorial integrity, and the safety of its people, calling on the international system to condemn and confront these continuing Zionist violations that threaten the Syrian people’s restoration of their security and stability.

For reference, the United Nations envoy to Syria, Geir Pedersen, arrived on Sunday in the capital, Damascus, on his first visit after the recent developments in Syria.

In this regard, the international community continues to call on all Syrian parties to unity and peace in order to preserve the security and stability of the country, in addition to calls for dialogue and giving priority to Syria’s higher interests.
