Today, Saturday, Prime Minister Ayman bin Abdul Rahman chaired a government meeting, which was held at the Government Palace, and the government studied the following points:

In the field of justice:

The government studied a preliminary draft law that includes special measures for obtaining alimony, presented by the Minister of Justice, Keeper of the Seals.

This draft text aims to reform the framework of state intervention in the field of guaranteeing the right to alimony in a way that enables children over whom the right of custody is exercised and divorced women to benefit from alimony, in order to ensure social justice and preserve the rights of the public treasury, by strengthening collection mechanisms for debtors. , for the amounts of alimony borne by the state.

The preliminary draft of this law has been enriched and adapted in accordance with the instructions of the President of the Republic regarding placing the alimony fund under the guardianship and authority of the Ministry of Justice, and the management of this body at the local level by the interests of the same ministry.

In the field of finance:

The Minister of Finance presented four draft executive decrees, which were taken in implementation of the provisions of Law No. 23-07 of June 21, 2023, relating to public accounting and financial management. These draft executive decrees specify “the cancellation of the classification of a plot of land belonging to the National Property Forest in Bejaia for the benefit of the Ministry of Social Affairs.” Religious and endowments.

These projects, which are of economic and social importance, fall within the framework of enhancing the quality of neighborhood public services.

Regarding the toll of forest fires:

The government listened to a joint presentation by the Minister of Interior, Local Communities and Urban Planning, and the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, on the toll of fires recorded this year, as well as the measures taken to confront them.

The presentation also discussed the arrangements made by the agricultural sector to count the farmers who were victims of the fires for the purpose of compensating them as soon as possible.

In the field of entrepreneurship:

The government listened to a joint presentation presented by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the Minister of Knowledge Economy, Emerging Institutions and Micro-enterprises, on the measures registered within the framework of the program for developing and promoting entrepreneurship in the student community.

It is worth noting that the objectives of this program are, in particular, to provide a favorable environment for entrepreneurship in the university community, to place the necessary tools for establishing and managing the institution at the disposal of students, and to support student entrepreneurs by establishing accompaniment structures.

In this regard, the presentation specifically touched on the launch of entrepreneurship development centers in each university, the digital platform for entrepreneurship assistance “moukawil.dz,” and the contractor guide that provides detailed information about the various administrative procedures related to the contractor, allowing students to complete end-of-study projects that revolve around establishing an enterprise. Start-up and small enterprise.
