The Ministry of Housing launches a major operation to distribute housing across all states – Al-Hiwar Algeria

In commemoration of the 61st anniversary of the Independence and Youth Days, the Ministry of Housing, Urbanization and the City launched today, Thursday, a major operation to distribute housing across the entire national territory. The process includes 150,000 housing units in various forms, distributed across the various states of the country. It is equipped with all the necessary facilities for life.

The states of the capital, Djelfa, Tipaza, Constantine, Sidi Bel Abbes, Ain Temouchent, allocated the lion’s share of 15,231 housing units to the capital, Algiers, distributed over 1,490 housing in the form of public rent, 12,470 housing in the form of sale for rent, 602 housing in the form of subsidized tarqawi (social contributory). 124 housing in the form of public tarqawi, 545 in the form of free tarqawi. As for the rest of the states, they are distributed as follows:

– The state of Tipaza: “4525 housing units, of which 1392 are in the public rental form, 1989 are in the rent-sale form, 24 are in the subsidized tarqawi form, and 120 are in the free tarqawi form.

Djelfa state: “8212 housing units, distributed among 63 public rental housing units, 96 rental housing units, 68 subsidized tarqawi housing units, and 2481 rural housing units.

– Constantine Province: “3859 housing units, distributed over 3406 public rental housing, 140 subsidized tarqawi housing, 313 free tarqawi housing.

– The wilaya of Ain Temouchent: “1027 housing units distributed as follows:” 305 housing in the form of public rent, 499 housing in the form of rent sale, 23 in the form of subsidized tarqoui, 200 in rural housing.

– The wilaya of Sidi Bel Abbes, 2253 housing units, of which 813 are in the public rental form, 499 are in the rent-sale form, 140 are in the subsidized tarqawi form, 557 are in rural housing.

It is noteworthy that the process includes all states of the country.
