The Ministry of Higher Education releases a scheme for employing master’s and doctoral degree holders – Al-Hiwar Al-Jazaeryia

The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Kamal Badari, revealed the details of the plan to employ master’s and doctorate holders, in implementation of the decision of the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, yesterday, Sunday, during the cabinet meeting, which directed the implementation of the ministry’s proposals regarding the employment of this category.

And according to the details of the plan that Kamal Badari published today, Monday, the plan includes employment in teaching as a research professor in Department B -, employment as a researcher in research centers, employment in departments, with special administrative ranks, and employment by contract in teaching in university institutions with an equivalent monthly wage. The wages of an assistant professor, Department B – are permanent and renewable. The scheme also includes employment as a contracted researcher in centers, laboratories, research units, and national research programs, with a salary equivalent to the wages of a permanent, renewable researcher.

As for the review of the basic law for professors, it includes the basic law for the researcher professor, the basic law for the permanent researcher, and the basic law for university hospitalizations, which is witnessing the final stage, pending its transfer to the guardianship interests.

The publication regarding the establishment of a new compensatory system stated that it includes the compensatory system for the benefit of the researcher professor, the compensatory system for the benefit of the permanent researcher, the compensatory system for the benefit of university hospitalists, stressing that the compensatory system is in its final touches, pending its transfer to the testamentary interests.
