In the same regard, he added, “These development projects come in accordance with the program of the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, who paid special attention to ensuring the health of citizens in all regions of the country.”

Sayhi supervised the inauguration of a 60-bed hospital in the municipality of Mandas, where he criticized the lengthy completion period of this facility, stressing the necessity of “assigning the completion projects of health institutions, clinics, and facilities affiliated with the health sector in the future and transferring their completion to the Ministry of Housing and Urbanism and the city to accelerate the pace of their completion and receive them within their specified deadlines.”

He highlighted that “the completion of health structures and institutions will be transferred to the housing sector due to the experience and specialization he possesses to implement these projects according to the standards and within their specified deadlines,” stressing that “the state health director must devote himself to taking care of the affairs of patients, medicines, and users only.”

The Minister of Health inaugurated the Para-Medical Training Institute in the new city of “Ben Adda Ben Aouda” in the state capital and named it after the martyr Haj Abid Atiqa, called “Jamila.” Its completion cost more than 857 million dinars and has 12 teaching rooms, 8 laboratories, an amphitheater, and an interior room that can accommodate 280 people. bed.

In the municipality of Ben Daoud, Sayhi inspected the multi-service clinic “Loush Youssef”, where he learned about the conditions for caring for patients and the services it provides 24 hours a day for the benefit of more than 50 thousand people.
