In the field of work:
The Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Security presented two (2) draft executive decrees taken in implementation of the provisions of Law No. 23-02 of April 25, 2023 relating to the exercise of the union right.
The matter concerns a draft executive decree related to union representation and union statistics, and a draft executive decree specifying the rules related to union assignment and how to benefit from the union formation holiday in public institutions and administrations.
