The Directorate of Taxes denies extending the deadlines for subscribing annual declarations

The General Directorate of Taxes denied extending the deadlines for submitting annual declarations of results and income beyond May 31, 2023.

And the General Directorate of Taxes confirmed that the end of the period for subscribing annual declarations will be on May 31, 2023, and confirmed that it had issued instructions to all concerned tax authorities to ensure the reception of taxpayers on all days of the week, in order to enable them to carry out declaration procedures and for the purpose of accompanying them.

In a statement by the Directorate, the taxpayers affiliated with the tax centers and the neighborhood tax centers run under the information system “Jabaytak” can perform their declarative obligations remotely within the specified deadlines.
