The capital.. The National Gendarmerie of Bismar stops five trucks of food commodities without invoices – Al-Hiwar Al-Jazairia

Members of the regional brigade of the National Gendarmerie in Smar, in the state of Algiers, managed to stop five trucks carrying foodstuffs without invoices.
The case came after information received by the regional brigade of the National Gendarmerie in Al-Smar that there were five trucks loaded with foodstuffs, as a result of which a patrol was formed across the territory and a control point was set up at the level of the state road in the municipality of Jisr Constantine, where five trucks were seized and stopped with dry legumes on board, represented by Lentils, rice, cheese, dried apricots, plums, raisins, peanuts, turmeric, ginger, coconut, corn grains and others, which were estimated at 40 tons.
After inquiring with the truck drivers about the commercial documents related to the goods, it became clear that they do not have any invoices, and they confirmed that they are destined for a store selling foodstuffs in Al-Smar, and they will be sold in their original condition without being converted or packed.
The following violations were filed against those involved in the misdemeanor of illegal commercial practice represented in the resale of raw materials in their original condition, which were acquired for the purpose of conversion, and the misdemeanor of not having the invoices with the seizure of the goods.
