The Minister highlighted that, thanks to these projects, the features of the professional life of all those affiliated with the health sector, which also includes the category of common staff and contractors, will become clear, and they will also benefit from privileges, including those related to classification in new ranks, with the aim of advancing this category, which has proven its worth in the field.
Mr. Saihi highlighted, on the occasion, that the draft basic laws and compensation systems for medical and paramedical staff “were drafted with the participation of all parties, such as the social partner, management and experts,” describing this path as “the fruit of collective work.”
After praising the care that the President of the Republic gives to the health sector, the Minister stated that the President of the Republic directed him, during the recent Cabinet meeting, to continue preparing legal texts that guarantee the privacy of medical and paramedical staff to enable them to benefit from other privileges.
On the other hand, the Minister urged those affiliated with the health sector to continue working to provide health services that ensure optimal care for patients, praising the human and material capabilities that the state has provided for the benefit of the sector.
On the occasion, Mr. Saihi called for accelerating the completion of the digitization of all processes related to the health sector, especially the patient’s medical file, as well as the endeavor to manage hospitals, within the zero-paper approach, as an embodiment of the principle of transparency in the management of health services.
