The Algerian Petroleum Agency and the Norwegian Equinor sign an agreement to study Algeria’s potential in hydrocarbons – Algerian Dialogue

The National Agency for the Valuation of Hydrocarbons Resources (OIL) and the Norwegian company Equinor signed an agreement to complete a study on Algeria’s capabilities in the field of hydrocarbons, according to a statement by the agency this Tuesday.

This agreement was signed with EquinorAlgeria B.V., in order to complete a study on Algeria’s capabilities in the field of hydrocarbons.

The agreement, whose validity period is estimated at 18 months and can be extended, aims to “specify the conditions under which Equinor Allegria B.V. will complete this study,” the statement explains.

Al-Naft reported that the Norwegian company Equinor Allegria B.V. has been present in Algeria since 2004.
