The 55th Algiers International Fair begins tomorrow, Monday, with the participation of about 700 exhibitors – Algerian Dialogue

The Algiers International Fair will open its 55th edition tomorrow, Monday, at the Exhibition Palace (Maritime Pines) in Algiers, with the participation of about 700 national and foreign exhibitors representing about 20 countries.

This economic event, which annually confirms its status as the most important national economic event, will be held under the slogan “Bridges of Exchange, Partnership and Investment Opportunities”, with the participation of Turkey as the guest of honor of this edition.

Over the course of six days, this edition of the exhibition will feature a rich program that includes a number of seminars and economic meetings similar to bilateral business forums between Algeria and the Czech Republic, Pakistan and Tanzania, according to the Algerian Exhibition and Export Company (SAFEX), which organizes the demonstration through its branch.” Allegria Exhibition.”

The exhibition, which will be marked this year by the return of Canada and the Czech Republic, will include no less than ten sectors of economic activity that will be present during this edition, which is expected to attract no less than 400,000 visitors.

According to the organizers, this event constitutes “an effective platform for establishing long-term professional business relationships, and an opportunity to explore the cultural and tourism advantages of Algeria and other countries.”

Among the sectors and people that will be represented in the demonstration, which will cover an area of ​​approximately 50,000 square meters, are the agriculture sector, manufacturing industry, food industries, construction, public works, services and petrochemical industries.

It is noteworthy that the previous edition of the Algiers International Fair included about 640 exhibitors, including 473 Algerian and 164 foreign companies, on an area estimated at 23,000 square meters.
