The Minister of Housing, Urbanism and the City, Mohamed Tarek Belaribi, gave strict instructions on the necessity of reviewing all files and submitting orders to pay the fourth part to notary clerks, calling for all efforts to be combined to hand over to the subscribers their housing within the specified deadlines.

The same statement added, “At the beginning of the meeting, the outlined program for distribution on the occasion of the first of November was presented, as Minister Belaribi insisted on the necessity of connecting to all networks (electricity, water, and gas network) and completing the projects before the end of October 2023.”
The Minister of Housing also ordered Urban and City to inspect the progress of the works in the residential sites scheduled for distribution, closely follow the rate of progress of the works, and remove all obstacles recorded therein. He also stressed the need for coordination between each of the following: the Director General of Housing, in addition to the Director General of the National Agency for Housing Improvement and Development and the regional directors of the same agency. .
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Minister gave instructions on the necessity of looking at all the files, placing orders for payment of the fourth tranche, and all efforts should be combined to hand over the subscribers’ housing within the specified deadlines and in the best conditions.
Belaribi had previously ordered the Director General of the “Adal” Real Estate Management Branch to immediately and continuously take care of the problems facing the residents of Adal neighborhoods and to highlight the cleanliness of the surroundings and school complexes within the distributed neighborhoods.
