Strengthening Algerian-Turkish cooperation and investment in renewable energies – Algerian Dialogue

The President and Director General of the “Sonelgaz” complex, Murat Agal, received the President and Director General of the Turkish Energy Complex (Rencor Energy Investment), Mesut Toprak.
The two parties discussed ways to enhance investment and cooperation between the two companies, especially in the field of renewable energies, according to a statement by the “Sonelgaz” group, today, Tuesday.

The meeting, which took place yesterday, Monday, comes within the framework of enhancing the level of external partnership of the “Sonelgaz” complex at the international level, adds the same source.

By the way, Toprak expressed his company’s “great interest” in the Algerian market, and its “desire to invest and diversify it by implementing an integrated project in the fields of renewable energies and manufacturing photovoltaic solar panels in Algeria.”

For his part, Ajal expressed Sonelgaz’s readiness to strengthen and expand cooperation with Turkish companies, recalling “the great historical relations that unite the two countries, especially in the field of economic cooperation.”
