State Council: Registration of appeals from administrative court rulings in Oran will start next Sunday – Al-Hiwar Al-Jazairia

The Council of State announced, in a statement, that the registration of appeals against judgments and orders issued by administrative courts affiliated to the Administrative Court of Appeal in Oran will start from next Sunday at the level of this court instead of the Council of State.
And the statement stated: “The State Council announces that the registration of appeals against judgments and orders issued by administrative courts affiliated to the Administrative Court of Appeal in Oran (Oran, Tlemcen, Tiaret, Saida, Sidi Bel Abbes, Mostaganem, Mascara, El Bayadh, Tissemsilt, Ain Temouchent, Relizane and Chlef) will start from the beginning. From April 16, 2023, at the level of the Administrative Court of Appeal in Oran, located at 26, Dr. Ben Zargab Street, Palatou Oran, instead of the State Council.
