Weather bulletins reported, since yesterday, Thursday, that very heavy thunderstorms, as well as heavy snowfall, were falling in several states of the country.

A special bulletin from the meteorological services reported that significant thunderstorms exceeding 90 mm fell today, Friday. On the states of El Tarf, Annaba, Constantine, Guelma, Souk Ahras, and Skikda.

As well as the states of Jijel, Bejaia, Mila, Setif, Tizi Ouzou, Boumerdes, and Algeria. Tipaza, Chlef, Ain Defla, Blida, Bouira, and Medea.

Meteorology raised the alert level to level three, red, in a special bulletin. Heavy thunderstorms were reported in the east of the country.

The bulletin is valid starting from six o’clock in the evening on Friday, and continues until six o’clock in the morning on Saturday. The amount of thunderstorm rain will exceed 60 mm locally.

The provinces concerned with Nashria are Bejaia and Jijel.

Meanwhile, another bulletin, which raised the alert level to the third level in red, reported heavy thunderstorms falling in the center of the country.

The newsletter is valid from six in the morning until six in the evening, tomorrow, Saturday. The amount of thunderstorm rain will exceed 60 mm locally.

The provinces concerned with Nashria are Boumerdes, Algiers, Blida and Tipaza.

Another special bulletin from the Meteorological Department, which raised the alert level to the third level in red, reported that heavy thunderstorms exceeding 50 mm fell locally.

According to the same bulletin, rain is expected to begin at one o’clock in the afternoon on Friday, and will continue until eight o’clock in the evening today.

The states concerned with Nashria are Al-Tarf, Annaba and Guelma.

While heavy thunderstorms will fall locally, exceeding 60 mm, starting at six o’clock this evening, and continuing until six o’clock in the morning tomorrow, Saturday.

The states concerned with this bulletin are Skikda, Jijel and Bejaia.

Another bulletin reported that heavy thunderstorm rain fell locally, with quantities exceeding 60 mm, starting at six o’clock in the morning tomorrow, Saturday. It will continue until six o’clock tomorrow evening, Saturday.

The provinces concerned with Enchariya are Tizi Ouzou, Bouira, Bejaia and Jijel. Bordj Bou Arreridj, Setif and Mila. Constantine, Guelma and Souk Ahras.
