The publication also warned of an expected heat wave on Sunday and Monday in the states of Tizi Ouzou, Bejaia, Jijel, Skikda, Annaba and El Tarf, where maximum temperatures will range between 39 and 41 degrees, and may reach locally between 42 and 43 degrees.
