Setif.. Opening of the Algerian-Chinese Business Forum to discuss ways of economic partnership between the two countries – Algerian Dialogue

The Algerian-Chinese Business Forum opened today, Tuesday, in the “Dome” lecture hall in the Park Mall in the city of Setif, to discuss ways of economic partnership between the two countries.
Participating in this meeting, which includes 18 Chinese industrial enterprises and more than 160 other national and local bodies from the Ministry of Industry and Pharmaceutical Production, the Algerian Agency for the Promotion of Investment, the Algerian Agency for the Promotion of Foreign Trade, representatives of the relevant sectors, the local authorities of the state of Setif, and the Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Algeria, Mr. Li Jian.
This demonstration aims to introduce Chinese industrial institutions to the business climate in the region and bring them closer to their counterparts from Setif for the purpose of discussing ways of cooperation and economic partnership between them and to encourage partnership between local and Chinese investors in many fields, in particular construction, processing, food industries, plastics, etc. New technologies and others.

On the sidelines of this one-day economic forum, bilateral meetings will be organized between Chinese businessmen and other Algerians from the state of Setif and various stakeholders to enhance opportunities for joint cooperation in a way that serves the interests of the peoples of the two countries.

It is noteworthy that the Chinese-Algerian Businessmen Forum falls within the framework of a comprehensive strategic partnership in various fields between Algeria and the People’s Republic of China and aims to establish permanent economic and trade cooperation, according to the interests of the state supervising the organization of this economic event.
