Setif.. A historical symposium commemorating the massacres of May 8, 1945 – Al-Hiwar Al-Jazaeryia

In commemoration of the massacres of May 8, 1945, the Regional Information Center in Setif in the 5th Military Region organized, today, Sunday, a historical symposium entitled “Crimes of French Colonization in the Setif Region (Massacres of May 08, 1945)” in the presence of the executives of the region, the revolutionary family and students from the History Department of the University of Setif.

This symposium dealt with two valuable lectures by two university professors specialized in history, through which they highlighted the crimes of French colonialism against the Algerian people, as well as a reminder of the struggle and resistance of the Algerian people against the brutal French enemy, during which a live testimony of Mujahid Ayesh al-Hadath was presented, and a photo exhibition was presented to the audience.
