The Governor of Algeria, Mohamed Abdel Nour Rabhi, gave strict instructions to those responsible for implementing the University Pole Project in Sidi Abdallah with the aim of delivering it within the specified deadlines.
The state of Algiers reported, in a statement, that Rabhi ordered the necessity of delivering the project according to its specified deadlines and accelerating the pace of works and work “3*8”, seven days a week.
The statement indicated that the university center in the new city of Sidi Abdellah will be a scientific edifice par excellence because of the capabilities it will provide, represented by 20,000 pedagogical seats and 11,000 beds, which includes various specializations and colleges.
The source stated that 4 colleges have been completed, namely the National Higher School of Mathematics, the National Higher School of Nanosciences and Nanotechnologies, the National Higher School for Autonomous Systems, and the National Higher School for Artificial Intelligence.
Works were completed on many facilities and structures, most notably the university campus administration, the amphitheater, the basic library and the university residence, which can accommodate 11,000 beds.
