President Tebboune offers his condolences on the death of the late Mujahid Youssef Al-Khatib – Algerian Al-Hiwar

“To the family of the late Mujahid Youssef Al-Khatib

God is Great.. “Among the believers are men who have been true to what they covenanted with God, and among them are some who have fulfilled their promise, and among them are those who wait, and they have not changed it in the slightest.” Great truth of God.

The Lord, Blessed and Most High, decreed that the late Mujahid Youssef Al-Khatib should take over, with His mercy. We have received, this morning, the news of his transition to the presence of the Lord Almighty, and we cannot cope with this painful affliction in which we lost a dear brother, a Mujahid from the first generation, and a pure patriot whom God Almighty honored with the humility of men. He cherished him with purely patriotic stances, and treated him with love and honor, as he had grown up on struggle, jihad, and self-denial since he joined the National Liberation Front in 1955, and in the strongholds of the revolution in the mountains of the Medea regions in the fourth historic state, which he later assumed leadership in recognition of his political and military prowess, and with which he supervised military operations in The mountains of Al-Wanshris and Al-Dhahra, and he and his companions performed a remarkable calamity.

As we bid farewell in this painful circumstance to one of the pioneering revolutionaries, I address to you and to all his relatives, sisters and brothers, the female and male mujahideen, with my deepest condolences and sincere feelings of sympathy, praying to God Almighty to join him with the righteous martyrs and pure mujahideen who preceded him, in the paradise of eternity with the friends, martyrs, righteous and good people. Those are companions, and may everyone inspire patience and perseverance.
