The Public Prosecution also demanded the imposition of penalties ranging between 4 and 6 years against the family members of the former Minister of Water, Arezki Baraki, as a penalty of 6 years in prison and 8 million DZD fine was sought for the son of Baraki called Anis Baraki, while a penalty of 4 years in prison and 8 million DZD was sought. A strong financial fine was imposed on the wives of Baraki Arezki and his daughter, B.H. And seeking other varying penalties, ranging from 3 years in prison to 7 years in prison, for the rest of the defendants who are being pursued in the case. With the imposition of an effective financial fine estimated at 32 million dinars against the accused companies, with the confiscation of all property and financial balances seized by the investigating judge.
