The “SLB” Foundation indicated, today, during the signing of a partnership agreement with the University of Ouargla “Kasdi Merbah”, that the project to accompany the owners of Emerging institutions Incubating their projects is 100% ready.

The directors of the institution added that “SLB” has allocated a budget of half a million dollars as the start of investing in projects related to the oil and gas sector. The owners of the institution will also work while accompanying the students of the University of Ouargla, which will be the beginning of the investment and as a first experience waiting to be circulated to the rest of the universities, linking the academic space to the sector. . The Dean of the University also spoke of the President of the Republic, who urges at every opportunity the need to accompany Emerging projectsHe added that the University of Ouargla is one of the largest universities in Algeria that possesses research laboratories in the sector, in addition to the city’s concessions in the field of oil and gas. The dean referred to the decision of the Minister of Higher Education, who in turn stressed the need for the student, at the end of his academic career, to be a project owner and not a graduate.
