This decision was taken during the regular meeting held Minister of Finance With representatives of the National Chamber of Notaries at the headquarters of the Ministry of Finance, the meeting took place in the presence of the President of the Chamber, the heads of the regional chambers, and the frameworks of the central administration of the Ministry of Finance.

On this level, Fayed pointed out the importance of reforms in this field, most notably the process of merging the land surveying and real estate preservation services, and simplifying and facilitating administrative procedures with the aim of improving public service for all those dealing with the land surveying and real estate preservation services, especially contract editors. Finally, the Minister issued directives to form a working team that includes representatives of the General Directorate of National Property and Taxes, and representatives of the Notary Authority, to follow up on the issues raised and submit periodic reports. This team is expected to submit its first report next month, according to the same statement.
