New Algeria… Corruption issues receded after the movement, and the forces of stagnation continue their efforts to confuse national opinion and shake the confidence of executives – Al-Hiwar Al-Jazaeryia

The recent corruption scandals sweeping the country, the numerous embezzlement, smuggling of funds and all forms of trafficking, not to mention the complicity of the predatory oligarchy with high-ranking officials in the state, have finally ended.
The number of corruption cases has decreased in Algeria after the movement, that is, since 2020, except for some cases here and there that do not cause concern.
Even if Algeria does not completely eradicate corruption, its manifestations remain very small, as corruption rates have witnessed a remarkable decline.

And out of his desire to protect the nation’s executives, the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, took a number of decisions with the aim of “decriminalizing” management errors, but on the other hand, there will be no mitigating circumstances for any official who proves his involvement in corruption cases during the performance of his duties.

This is what happened, unfortunately, to the former Minister of Small Enterprises, Nassim Diafat, who abused his position to end up today in the hands of justice.

The Diafat case is nothing but evidence of the end of the era of impunity, as the tumor is now being treated immediately to prevent its spread, as it used to happen previously.

The case of the issuance of a deposition order against the former minister, Diafat, constituted a “opportunity” for the forces of stagnation that flooded the Internet with false news in pursuit of two goals, namely, to confuse national and international opinion about the existence of something corrupt in the new Algeria, as well as to destabilize the confidence of the executives by creating an atmosphere of Fear and suspicion.

Let everyone be reassured, there is no settling of scores, no fake chases, and not even a list of executives with or without their positions “under judicial supervision.”

Those who convey this false information have gone astray because the reality is otherwise. Among the tens of thousands of executives and heads of institutions in the country, there are only some dozens behind bars because of their involvement in corruption cases.

Please, let’s let the executives and heads of institutions contribute effectively to achieving the desired transformation in the new Algeria, because it is really useless to lose sight of the hidden motives of the advocates of stagnation.
