I supervised Minister of National Solidarity Family and women’s issues Dr. Soria Moulouji, this morning, held a coordination meeting of the central executives and regional directors of the Social Development Agency, where the Minister gave a set of directives around which the work of the agency’s executives must be based in the future.
The Minister stressed that the Social Development Agency plays an important role in the field implementation of various activities of an informational, sensitization and solidarity nature, through various ongoing programs directed to benefit vulnerable groups, in addition to guidance and accompaniment within the state’s social policy aimed at achieving sustainable social development.
On this occasion, the Minister issued a number of instructions, which centered on the following:
– Accelerating the completion of projects registered in 2024 related to:
1- Collective development programme
2- The public utility works program with intensive use of labor
– Preparing carefully to launch new projects scheduled for the year 2025.
– Accelerating the issuance of regulatory and structural texts for the agency as soon as possible, while defining a precise work plan in this regard.
Accelerating the installation of new neighborhood cells by 2024, and promoting the creation of these cells in the coming years
– Preparing for a national evaluation meeting on public policy for social support for social development programs of public benefit
– Effective coordination with local interests, social partners, and civil society activities in order to prepare for solidarity initiatives and awareness-raising campaigns for the holy month of Ramadan.
