Today, Sunday, news circulated in various strongholds of the Mouloudia team’s supporters and on some pages on social networking sites, about Mohamed Hajj Rajam submitting his resignation from the presidency of the club, under the pretext of the pressure that the team’s surroundings are experiencing to…Decline results “The Dean” in the current season.
The Mouloudia Club of Algeria club management said in a statement on Sunday evening: “The Mouloudia Club of Algeria club management categorically denies all news that speaks of the intention of the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mohamed Hakim Hajj Rajum, to resign.”
The statement added, reassuring the supporters: “This is news that aims to undermine the stability of the team, which continues to work to achieve its goals this season and which is still playing all its chances on four fronts.”
The Mouloudia administration called on the team’s supporters to “ rally around their team more than ever before and not be led by malicious rumors that will only increase the team’s tension and negative pressure that will harm Mouloudia and not benefit it.”
Last season, Mouloudia Algiers won the national professional football championship. In the current season (2024-2025), it occupies fourth place in the competition standings, with 18 points from 11 matches, 6 points behind Al-Raed, the JS Kabylie team, which played 13 matches.
