More than 5,000 job positions for master’s and doctoral holders – Al-Hiwar Al-Jazaeryia

The higher education and scientific research sector has allocated more than 5,000 job positions for holders of master’s and doctoral degrees, in implementation of the directives of President Abdelmadjid Tebboune regarding the employment of this category of assistant university professors and researchers, as well as the category of hospital researchers.

Djamel Boukzata, Director of Education and Training at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, said today, Wednesday, on the “Morning Guest” program of Radio One, that the ministry’s electronic platform has so far received 7,000 applications for those wishing to hire from various categories, indicating that the procedures also include the employment of researchers. At the level of institutions of a scientific and technological nature and scientific research centers, as well as the ranks of administrators at the level of departments and public institutions affiliated to various ministerial sectors, and opening the possibility of employment as a contract for the category of researchers at the level of laboratories and research units for a period of 3 years to carry out education and training tasks while benefiting from the same special privileges With the permanent researcher professor, including salary, holidays, social security and other incentives.”

On the other hand, the source confirmed that the sector completed the study and preparation of two executive decrees, the first related to the basic law for the researcher professor and the second to the basic law for the permanent researcher, in agreement with the social partner, and he said that the two decrees were deposited at the level of the General Directorate of Public Service. A draft executive decree related to the basic law of the hospital researcher is also being prepared, and representatives of the Ministry of Health will be invited within days to study the aspect of the health sector before referring it to the public job.
