Minister of Housing: 40,000 housing units will be delivered next January in Sidi Abdullah – Al-Hiwar Algeria

Today, Saturday, the Minister of Housing, Urbanism and the City, Mohamed Tarek Belaribi, announced that 40,000 housing units will be distributed in the new city of Sidi Abdallah in January 2024.

Minister Belaribi confirmed in a press statement on the sidelines of the working visit that he led to the city of Sidi Abdullah, accompanied by the Minister of Irrigation, Taha Darbal, and the Governor of the State of Algiers, Mohamed Abdel Nour Rabhi, that work is currently underway on the last phase before the completion of the city of Sidi Abdullah, and that the projects are progressing at a good pace and with investments. big.

Belaribi explained that the state saved huge funds, as an amount of 15 billion Algerian dinars was pumped to prepare sewage channels and deliver drinking water to the city of Sidi Abdullah.

Belaribi added: “40 thousand housing units is not a small number, and in other countries we do not see this huge amount of housing distribution, and we are continuing to build housing and deliver it to the Algerian citizen.”
