Members of the community returning from Sudan praise President Tebboune’s keenness to secure their speedy return – Al-Hiwar Al-Jazaeryia

Members of our community, upon their arrival at Houari Boumediene Airport, returning from Sudan, praised the role of the President of the Republic and his keenness to secure their speedy return to their families.

Within the framework of his careful and continuous follow-up of the situation of our community in Sudan, and immediately after the deterioration of the unfortunate security situation in this brotherly country, the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, gave an order to evacuate members of our community wishing to return, in good conditions, out of concern for their security and safety.
The President also ordered that the evacuation and assistance process include all nationals of brotherly and friendly countries wishing to do so, led by our Palestinian brothers residing in Sudan, as the operation affected 13 Palestinian citizens and 22 Syrian citizens.
A number of members of our community in Sudan and their families, and members of our embassy in Khartoum, arrived this evening from Port Sudan airport on a military plane belonging to the People’s National Army.
