The opening ceremony of this organized demonstration took place under the high patronage of the President of the Republic, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and the Minister of National Defense, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, in the presence of the Prime Minister, Mr. Ayman Ben Abdel Rahman, Director General of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, Ambassador Fernando Arias Gonzalez, and Deputy The Director of the Organization, Ambassador Odette Milono, as well as ministers and heads of diplomatic missions accredited to Algeria for the countries participating in this demonstration, along with high-level representatives of African bodies.
