Lieutenant General Chanegriha presides over the works of the Steering Council of the High School of War – Al-Houwar Algeria

Lieutenant General Saïd Chanegriha, Chief of Staff of People’s National Army, chaired today, Tuesday, the works of the 16th session of the Steering Council of the High School of War, where he delivered a number of directives related to the material and formative aspects.

Lieutenant General Chanegriha, according to a statement by the Ministry of National Defense, stressed that “the modern wars that the world knows today are completely different from previous wars, which prompted the army to take care of two vital aspects, which are the provision of modern equipment and the formation of a qualified human element.” Encouraging the studying officers to continuously enrich their knowledge, either through reading or by exploiting their field experiences.

Lieutenant General Said Chanegriha stressed the importance of the will and determination to achieve success and the belief in victory for the future executives of the People’s National Army.
