Launching the national electronic network service in the administrative judicial authorities – Al-Hiwar, Algeria
Today, Monday, the Ministry of Justice announced the official launch of the “National Electronic Network” service in the administrative judicial authorities for the benefit of citizens.
A statement by the Ministry stated that the step comes within the framework of continuing to improve and develop judicial services to bring justice closer to the citizen, allowing litigants and their lawyers to see the outcome of cases and the operative part of judgments and obtain the regular copy of administrative judicial judgments and decisions from any administrative judicial authority across the national territory, thus sparing them the trouble of moving to The seat of the judicial authority that issued it.
According to the Ministry’s clarifications, and to obtain the services of the “national electronic window of the administrative judicial authorities”, the concerned person, his agent or his lawyer shall apply from the nearest administrative judicial authority, attached with proof of his capacity in the case, so that the control trustee at the level of the unified window can access the digital floor designated for this. The purpose, and conducting the research process based on the data of the case, judgment, or decision, after which the concerned person is informed of the outcome of his case or a regular copy of the judgment or decision is delivered to him.
As a reminder, the national e-network service for regular judicial authorities was officially launched last November.
