The Minister of National Education, Abdelhakim Belabed, ordered the Inspector General to adjust the calendar of inspection visits to educational institutions to inspect the extent of compliance with instructions related to school conditions, and to begin them starting on Sunday, December 3rd.

A statement by the Ministry of National Education explained that the Minister of National Education chaired a national symposium from the Ministry’s headquarters in Mouradia, via video lecture technology, attended by frameworks from the central administration and education directors, in which he provided instructions on implementing the pedagogical and administrative processes associated with the end of the first semester, stressing the necessity of Constant monitoring of the status of the operation and preparation of educational institutions, especially as we approach the winter season.

In parallel, during the next week, central frameworks will be deployed at the state level to conduct field visits to educational institutions and ensure in person that the heating is working and that safety and security standards are observed, especially those that were not equipped or were completely or partially damaged, as well as to ensure that local officials adhere to the instructions given to them, whether Equipping, repairing and maintaining, as the case may be, from March until October 2023.

The Minister stressed the necessity of intensifying field visits to educational institutions, regardless of their geographical location in the state, to determine the provision of the necessary conditions for good student learning, including heating, especially as we approach the winter season.

The Minister also ordered education directors to update the information of the permanent device installed for real-time tracking of heating provision, installed at the level of all educational institutions, on the digital floor, to activate another system that enables this process to be followed in real time and with extreme accuracy.

Regarding the pedagogical processes associated with the end of the first trimester of this school year, the Minister ordered ensuring strict respect for the examination calendar established in all public and private educational institutions, and conducting collective correction with students in addition to reserving grades on the digital floor after verifying their authenticity, and handing over the transcripts before the end of the year. the chapter.

Regarding the closing of the fiscal year, the Minister confirmed that the financial allocations allocated and distributed to all educational institutions and directorates are sufficient to address the shortcomings and pay employee dues before the closing of the fiscal year.

In conclusion, the Minister indicated that the basic law regarding employees belonging to the national education corps will be issued within the deadlines approved by the President of the Republic, before the end of the current year.
